A.      Missing In Action Remains in the European Command  can be in very   good condition.  The consistency of the soil in France is
          such that bones can be well preserved for centuries.

 B.    Remains in the Pacific Command are normally non-recoverable, as the acidic soil  and need for animals and plants to have minerals
         leads to rapid  decomposition of bones.
